The meal prep menu will be updated once a week. Payment is due prior to receiving meals. Payment forms are zelle (404-713-5370), Paypal, or Cash App (86NI or 404 702 4646). REFUND POLICY/ORDER CANCELLATION: Once your order has been placed and products have been purchased to fulfill your order a credit will be applied towards your next order. If you would like adjustments made to any menu option, you can reach out to me via chat on this website or notify me by cell. Each meal prep plan is eligible for reduced health coaching services, if interested ask about enrollment.
